Enhancing Global Team Performance

When team members understand each other's cultural assumptions, they can use them to strengthen performance.

This is especially true for teams that need to work together across boundaries with little or no face to face interaction. Courses and workshops are available on collaborating across cultures and leading global teams. Programs support efficient teamwork and help leaders manage and motivate multicultural teams and enhance communications.
